Shipping Information

What is the cost of shipping?

Standard shipping costs are £3.99 per order with free shipping on all orders over £50.

When can I expect my order?

We process all order within 2 days including weekends/bank holidays from when the order was placed.

Where do you ship to?

At this time we only ship to the UK.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We love meeting our customers but at this time we only off postal delivery.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

If you’ve had a change of heart about your purchase, you’re welcome to send the items back to us within 7 days of receiving them. We completely understand and we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

All we ask is that the items are returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. If anything looks used or isn’t in re-saleable condition, we won’t be able to process the return.

Please note: if you’re returning something because you've simply changed your mind, the cost of sending it back to us is on you.

If you need to send something back to us, no problem, we just ask that you hold on to your proof of postage, as Arthur’s Snack Shack can’t be held responsible for any parcels that go missing on their way back to us.

To help us process your return smoothly, please make sure everything is packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit. We want your item to arrive back safely so we can take care of things as quickly as possible for you.

How do I make a return?

Make contact with Arthur’s Snack Shack within 48 hours of receiving the item/product. A return once agreed will be 14 working days excluding bank holidays.

What if my item is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or looks like it was harmed in transit, please let us know within 48 hours by emailing us at arthurssnackshack@outlook.com. We want to make it right for you, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please send us a few photos of the damaged packaging and items. This helps us understand what went wrong and speeds up the refund process.

How long does it take to process a return?

If you’d like to return your order, just get in touch with us at Arthur’s Snack Shack within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll then email you a simple, step-by-step guide to make the return process easy.

Once we’ve received the item back, unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition. We’ll process your refund within 2 working days.
